Delete your account

1. Open Vitali Haus and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

No longer have the app? Email support@vitalihaus.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

Deleted or anonymized:

• your profile, photo, bio, niches and social handles (anonymized so they no longer identify you);
• your portfolio, uploaded videos and images;
• your direct messages, which show as “Message removed” to the other person;
• your login, device tokens, notifications and connected accounts, and Sign in with Apple access.

Kept, because the law or safety requires it: payment, payout and tax records (up to seven years), signed agreements, records of bans and fraud, and support conversations. These are kept only for those purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

• An account cannot be deleted while a payment, payout or dispute is still open. The app tells you what needs to finish first.
• Withdraw any balance you are owed first.
• Deleting cannot be undone. If you come back later, you will need a new account.
