1. Why these rules exist
People come to Vitali Haus to talk about their health, their bodies and their lives. That only works if everyone feels safe and every claim can be trusted. These rules apply to everything on Vitali Haus: profiles, photos, videos, portfolios, campaigns, briefs and messages. They are part of our Terms of Service, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
2. Never allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation or encouraging anyone to harm themselves or others.
- Hate: attacking or demeaning people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, body size or health condition.
- Sexual content or nudity, and any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Graphic violence or gore.
- Spam, scams, phishing, fake giveaways or requests for passwords, codes or payment details.
- Impersonating a person, a brand or a clinician, or claiming credentials you do not have.
- Sharing someone else's private information, photos or messages without their permission.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including music you have no license for.
- Anything illegal where you live or where the content is seen.
3. Health content rules
Health content can hurt people when it is wrong, so it has stricter rules here than on most platforms.
- Share your own experience as your own experience. Do not present it as medical advice or as a result everyone will get.
- No dosing advice, and no selling, sourcing or promoting prescription medicines, including GLP-1 medicines, outside a licensed provider. No compounded or counterfeit drugs.
- No claims that a product cures, treats or prevents a disease unless the brand has the legal right to make that claim and approved your exact words.
- No content that promotes eating disorders, extreme fasting, purging, or unsafe weight loss or training.
- No altered or misleading before and after photos or results.
- No health misinformation that could cause harm, such as telling people to stop prescribed treatment.
- Always disclose paid content clearly, for example with #ad or the platform's paid partnership label.
4. How to report
If you see something that breaks these rules, report it. Reports are private: the person you report is not told who reported them.
- In the app: open the profile, conversation or campaign, tap the options or flag button and choose Report. Pick a reason and add details if you can.
- By email: write to support@vitalihaus.com with a link or a screenshot and a short description.
- Emergencies: if someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
5. How to block
In a conversation or on a profile, open the options and choose Block. A blocked user can no longer message you, and you will not see their messages. You can unblock them later from the same place. Blocking does not tell the other person.
6. What we do about reports
- A person on our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
- Content that breaks these rules is removed.
- The user who posted it gets a warning, a suspension or a permanent ban, depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before. Abuse, threats, sexual content involving minors and selling prescription drugs lead to a permanent ban straight away.
- Brands that ask creators to break these rules lose access to campaigns.
- Where the law requires it, or someone is at risk, we report to the authorities.
7. Appeals
If we removed your content or suspended your account and you think we got it wrong, email support@vitalihaus.com from the address on your account within 30 days. A different person from the one who made the first decision will look at it again.
